A)Shari’a and Law

 

2nd Year programme :

Introduction to judiciary sciences and  law theory ;constitutional law ; political regimes ; introduction to Islamic economy ;the legal system ; general finance : comparative study, history of legislation.

 

3rd Year programme :

Foundations of Fiqh ; theory of commitment in a comparative perspective ; administrative law ; comparative criminal law.

 

4th Year programme :

The objectives of Shari’a and  the foundations of Fiqh ; criminal and civil procedures ; law process and implemtation ; legislative policy ;  political regimes and international relations ;insurance and business law.

 

B. The Foundations of  Fiqh:

a) Modules  taught each year from the 2nd to the 4th :

Analytic exegesis ; analytic study of Hadith ; history of legislation ; introduction to legal sciences and law theory ; comparative fiqh ; introduction to Islamic economy.

 

b) 3rd Year programme :

Theory of commitment : a comparative approach ; comparative fiqh ; introduction to Islamic economy. 

 

c) 4th Year programme:

Legacies and donations ; Islamic economy ; firms and banks ; legislative policy ; international relations in Islam
